VENDOR AGREEMENT

This is a mutual agreement between The West Men Society and _________________________.
FOOD SERVICE
The vendor agrees to comply with the Wicomico County Maryland Department of Health standards with
regards to food safety, preparation and storage of all perishable and non-perishable food items.
Refrigeration and storage of food should be consistent with the guidelines set forth by the Health
Department and is the sole responsibility of the vendor.
The vendor is required to provide, set up, and break down any items (tables, chairs, tents) necessary for
the sale of their products.
The West Men Society requires a $25 vendor fee. The fee helps to offset the cost of the event.
This can be paid at any time prior to the day and start of the event. Payments may be made via our
website or paid in person the day of the event. We can only accept cash on event day.
The Event will be from 11:00 am until 9:00 pm. The Vendor may set their own hours of operation within
that time frame; however, the fee is required prior to the 11:00 am start and break down of equipment
must be complete by 10:00 pm.
A receipt of your payment will be issued by a designee from the West Men Society.
Neither the West Men Society, its members, nor its insured shall be held responsible for the products or
services sold. We accept no liability should any adverse situations arise from the sale of the vendor’s
products.

MERCHANDISE AND SERVICE
The vendor acknowledges that any merchandise and or service sold at this event is legal and binding.
This vendor’s products and services shall be legal and adhere to all laws on the local, state, and federal
level.
The vendor is required to provide, set up, and break down any items (tables, chairs, tents) necessary for
the sale of their products.
